Directions from London:
Proceed South-east on the A2 changing to A20 and A21 at LEWISHAM and then going on the A233 towards BIGGIN HILL. Whilst on the A233 just south of BROMLEY the A232 will cross your road. Set your milo to nil and from the traffic lights staying on the A233 pass the KESTON MARK pub on your left and drive for 1.5 miles and just before a mini-roundabout turn right into CHURCH ROAD. Drive for 0.2 of a mile and turn left into BLACKNESS LANE. Drive for 0.1 of a mile and turn right into farmyard sign posted FAIRCHILDS 2 1/4 FICKLESHOE 2 3/4. Drive into the farmyard passing houses on the left until you reach the gate in front of you where plots 10 and 11 start.

Directions using M25:
Come off the M25 at exit 4. Go on the A21 towards ORPINGTON, picking up the signs saying BIGGIN HILL AIRPORT, then go on the A232 near BROMLEY and follow the CROYDON and BIGGIN HILL signs until you reach the A233, where you turn left and you have the KESTON MARK pub on your left as above
