All Conveyance on our land for sale, Transfer of Deeds of the land, Stamp Duty costs are inclusive in the price for the land for sale. You therefore do not need to use a solicitor for the transfer of ownership of the Land. There are no hidden costs at all. The only mandatory charge is to the Land registry: £50 to have the land registered in your name (or whomever you chose).
