We offer a £5,000 reward for finding land in areas where we do not have land yet. The payment is made subject to the land you find being suitable to our requirements. We are looking for Freehold pasture land with good access from a made up road. Gladwish Land Sales Ltd gets many details every day and to save time searching details you need to do some groundwork and not just send a list of Estate Agents' telephone numbers! What we need is a map of the land for sale and the landowners name, the acreage for sale, a definite price (we can pay two days after receiving details) and the Land Registry Title number. We do not want to receive details of Auction items or "offers". You may be expected to help measure or stake out the plots to earn the £5,000. Do not forget to add your name and address to the details that you send us. |
